Evaluation on the Vaal Hearings:
The idea of publishing a book on the apartheid era is a very interesting and motivating experience. This motivated us to find out more about South Africa's past. I found it to be quite interesting because I learnt a lot about people's apartheid experiences. I also learnt a lot about apartheid itself and how people fought and went through hardship for our freedom. Some people were so brave and were willing to do anything for equality and justice to be served. It was very sad to hear of the inhuman way the non- Whites were treated. The story that really amazed me was that some Whites, in our country, did not even know what was really going on. Some only learned about apartheid lately. They lived normal lives. By writing this book, it can even give a person an opportunity of following a career of becoming a writer. I really enjoyed the entire "Vaal Hearings" experience so far.

Well done. I am really impressed with way you have 'unpacked' the characters in your analysis - keep it up. The poem on JOZI - it is really apt with the 20th Century experience.
I get a feeling that the Vaal Hearings took you out of your shell and made you more aware of the world. It inspires me that you appreciate the challenges.
Please excuse me, but I did not find the evaluations of term 1 & 2 including the SWOT - please try posting it again.
Your work encourages me to teach better - pupils like you inspire me.
